1.Facilitating implementation of "Icon Projects" that serve as a "Role Model" in multistakeholder partnership projects, specifically in water and sanitation

This activity includes:

• Identification and screening of potential projects
• Assisting these new partnerships to commit and leverage resources for partnership development and implementation
• Facilitating implementation of potential projects
• Facilitating measurement of impacts on water conservation and sanitation
• Incubating a larger pipeline of viable water projects that are eligible for both IBAW and other funding agencies
• Replicating successful PPCP cases

2. Facilitating water conservation models with multistakeholder partnership

3. Creating awareness about the potential of multistakeholder partnerships in water management and conservation practices

4. Nurturing multistakeholder dialogues. This activity includes organization of workshops and meetings for promoting PPCP models, and helping to:

• Bridge the gap between state governments, businesses and communities
• Stimulate decision making
• Build consensus amongst different users
